How long have you been in business?

We have been in business since 1967. With over 40 years of experience in the home repair and home improvement business, we are easily one of the oldest home repair and handy man businesses in Augusta Georgia and the CSRA. We have plenty of very happy customers to prove it.

What is unique about your business?

Often, after getting a call asking for a quote, we arrive at the residence at the agreed-upon time, and are greeted with complete surprise. Remarks such as, 'I can't believe you are actually here. I have talked to several other home repair businesses, all promising to come and give me an estimate, and you are the only one to actually come to my house! Please come in.' In other words, if we say we will be there, we will not let you down.

Last year a repair contractor was very late completing the job because he had started several other repair jobs at other locations after begining mine. Is that how you do business?

What you describe is, unfortunately, quite common in this business. However, we have never, and will never, begin a second home repair contract until the current job is completed. We prefer to do the job right and in the amount of time agreed upon.

What if I need a service which you do not normally offer? Can you find someone to get it done for me?

In the past 40+ years of home repair and home maintenance business, we have come to know most of the businesses in the CSRA, both reputable and not-so-reputable. If there is a service which you require, which we don't ordinarily offer, we can almost surely get the job done through our numerous contacts, and performed by a very reputable company.
